Returns & Exchanges Policy

At House of Spoilz, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we release. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Final sale items are non-returnable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

To request a return or exchange, email:
connect@houseofspoilz.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. House of Spoilz is not responsible for lost return packages.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact
connect@houseofspoilz.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number.


International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
