Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
During product launches, limited drops, and promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
House of Spoilz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
House of Spoilz is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, contact connect@houseofspoilz.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted territories.
